There's a new chair in town

Updated: Aug 12, 2022

I’m delighted to share that after 5 years as a CAYSH Trustee, I have been entrusted to serve as Chair of the Board of Trustees. CAYSH is a charity which does fantastic work with young people facing homelessness in South London, providing safe homes and support to enable them to achieve their potential.

This marks an exciting new chapter in my journey with this highly diverse and extremely capable organisation, and I look forward to continuing to work closely with the Board of Trustees, our CEO Ann Tighe, and our staff across the organisation who work tirelessly each day to provide positive outcomes for young people in need.

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank our outgoing chair, Mick Williams, who has provided strong and decisive leadership to the organisation over many years and who will be greatly missed.

CAYSH supports young people with access to accommodation, life-skill training, education, and work placements, which together are the foundations for independent living and self-sustainability. If you would like to support CAYSH in the important work they do to support the young homeless, donate here.
